On 29 April 2026, SANAI HEALTH GP announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, the circular containing the notice of the Annual General Meeting, and the related proxy form are now available on both the company website (www.1889hk.com) and HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders can choose, at any time and free of charge, to receive corporate communications in printed form or to access the online versions. Shareholders may also select their preferred language—English, Chinese, or both.

To obtain printed copies or to change an existing preference, shareholders should complete the attached Request Form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, at 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong, or email a scanned copy to sanai.ecom@boardroomlimited.com.

A functional email address is required if shareholders wish to receive electronic notifications of future publications. Until such an address is provided, the company will deliver notices of publication and other actionable corporate communications in printed form only. SANAI HEALTH GP also confirmed that it will discontinue sending separate publication notices; shareholders are therefore advised to monitor the company and HKEX websites for future releases.
