Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. declared an interim cash dividend of RMB 0.98 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026. According to the latest shareholder communication, registered holders of H-shares will automatically receive the payout in Hong Kong dollars unless they submit a currency-election form to receive Renminbi.

The election window closes at 4:30 p.m. on 25 September 2026. Shareholders wishing to opt for Renminbi must return the completed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by the deadline. Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Nominees Limited may elect to receive part of its entitlement in Renminbi; all other H-share investors must choose one currency for their entire entitlement.

Ping An will convert the dividend to Hong Kong dollars using the average mid-rate for RMB/HKD published by the People’s Bank of China over the five business days immediately preceding the dispatch of the election form. Investors receiving Renminbi cheques are reminded that clearance outside Hong Kong could involve additional handling charges or delays.

No further action is required from shareholders who prefer to receive the dividend in Hong Kong dollars. Failure to submit a valid election by the stated deadline will result in automatic payment in Hong Kong dollars.
