China Wood Int Reports Stable Share Base for July 2026, Confirms Public Float Compliance

China Wood International Holding Co., Limited filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 July 2026, indicating no changes in its share capital structure during the month.

The authorised share capital remained at 20.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 200.00 million. Issued share capital was unchanged at 986.90 million ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares.

Throughout July, the issuer recorded no movements involving share issues, share repurchases, share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments. Consequently, the total number of issued shares at month-end stayed at 986.90 million.

Management confirmed that China Wood Int continues to satisfy the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares. The filing, signed by Company Secretary Lee Pak Chung, also affirmed full compliance with all relevant listing rules and regulatory obligations throughout the reporting period.
