为确定获发末期股息的股东资格，公司将2026年6月1日（星期一）定为记录日期，并于2026年5月27日（星期三）至6月1日（星期一）（包括首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户登记。股东须于2026年5月26日（星期二）下午4时30分前，将股份过户文件连同有关股票分别送交公司中国总部（内资股股东）或香港中央证券登记有限公司（H股股东）。
股息以人民币计值，内资股股东以人民币收取，H股股东以港元收取。港元实际发放金额将按审议该分配方案的年度股东会召开日前五个工作日中国人民银行公布的人民币兑换港元平均基准汇率计算。预计末期股息将于2026年7月15日（星期三）派付。
