山东新华制药股份（00719）8月25日公告称，公司于同日召开第十一届董事会第十二次会议，通过《关于会计政策变更的议案》，决定自即日起执行财政部2026年6月4日发布的《企业会计准则解释第20号》。此次会计政策变更无需提交股东大会审议。
本次调整涉及“金融资产合同现金流量特征的评估”和“货币缺乏可兑换性的会计处理及相关披露”等内容。公司表示，变更后的会计政策可更客观、公允地反映财务状况和经营成果，不会对现有财务状况、经营成果及现金流量产生重大影响，也不涉及前期财务数据调整。
公司董事会及审核委员会均认为，该项变更符合财政部及相关法规要求，不存在损害公司及股东利益的情形。
备查文件包括： 1. 第十一届董事会第十二次会议决议； 2. 审核委员会2026年第三次会议记录。
公告显示，公司已于8月26日在巨潮资讯网发布《关于会计政策变更的公告》。
