东吴水泥国际有限公司（简称“东吴水泥”）发布公告称，公司控股股东西吴水泥的Goldview Development Limited（由非执行董事蒋学明全资拥有）建议出售股份的相关交易已失效。
公告指出，东吴水泥曾于2025年9月12日及2026年3月30日披露，Goldview拟分别与港航香港及汾源资本进行建议交易I及建议交易II。经友好协商后，上述两项交易的协议已失效，相关交易均不会进行，协议项下所有责任就此终止。
蒋学明表示对东吴水泥未来充满信心。东吴水泥以转型发展为核心战略，正着重把握科技革命与产业升级机遇，高度关注人工智能、新能源等前沿领域，积极探索和研究该等领域的潜在商业机会，致力开拓更高质量、高成长、高价值的发展新局面。
