PERFECT MEDICAL (01830) has announced that Dr. Ouyang Jiang, Ms. Ouyang Hui, and Mr. Su Xianlong, all executive directors of the company, will step down from their positions as members of the Remuneration Committee. This change will take effect on April 23, 2026. Following these adjustments, the Remuneration Committee will be composed of Mr. Ji Zhixiong (Chairman), Ms. Xu Huimin, Ms. Cao Yiping, and Mr. Qi Shichang.
