海螺材料科技(02560)宣布，在5月20日举行的年度股东会上，2025年度利润分配预案获全票通过，公司将派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股人民币0.16元（含税）。
本次末期股息的权益登记日为2026年6月1日，为确定股东资格，股份过户登记将于2026年5月27日至6月1日暂停办理。符合资格的股东须在5月26日下午4时30分前完成股份过户手续。
股息将以人民币派付给内资股股东。H股股东将按中国人民银行公布的前一周平均中间价折算港元收取，即每1.00港元兑人民币0.87368元，折合每股H股末期股息0.18313港元（含税）。H股股息单预计于2026年6月22日或前后以平邮寄出，并由收款代理人中国银行（香港）有限公司安排支付。
公司表示，将严格依法为H股股东代扣代缴相关所得稅，对因股东身份未及时确定或确定不准确引发的争议，公司不承担责任。
