7月29日，山东墨龙(00568)发布翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司根据其于2026年7月22日签订的配售协议，于2026年7月29日发行25,678,400股H股，发行价为每股4.58港元。该批新发行H股占本次发行前公司已发行H股总数256,126,400股的约10.03%，占公司包括A股和H股在内的总股本约3.22%。
变动完成后，公司H股规模增至281,804,800股，A股数量维持在541,722,000股不变。公司在公告中确认，上述发行已根据董事会正式授权并遵守相关上市规则和法律规定。
