UBOT HOLDING has announced the issuance of new shares following the exercise of share options.
The company confirmed that 50,000 ordinary shares were issued on June 9, 2026.
This issuance resulted from an option exercise by a grant participant, who is not a company director, under the 2024 share option scheme adopted by the company on May 24, 2024.
