Wai Chun Bio-Technology (660) Updates Revised Timetable for Capital Reorganisation and Connected Transaction

Wai Chun Bio-Technology Limited (Stock Code: 660) has announced a revised schedule regarding its proposed capital reorganisation and connected transaction for altering the terms of its existing convertible bonds. The effective date of the capital reorganisation has been moved from 14 November 2025 to 28 November 2025, as additional time is required for the relevant registration process in the Cayman Islands. Consequently, dealings in the new ordinary shares are now expected to commence at 9:00 a.m. on 28 November 2025.

The company has already received an order from the Grand Court confirming the capital reduction, and the remaining requirements include registrar approval in the Cayman Islands. The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) is scheduled for 30 June 2025, with the exact timetable for the final implementation subject to all conditions being fulfilled. All times and dates in the announcement refer to Hong Kong time and may be subject to further revision, which the company will disclose as necessary.
