APAC Resources Limited (Stock Code: 1104) announced that Independent Non-Executive Director Dr. Wong Wing Kuen, Albert retired at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on 21 November 2025. According to the announcement, Dr. Wong confirmed no disagreements with the Board and no matters requiring further attention were identified.

APAC Resources Limited further stated that Mr. Li Chak Hung, aged 60, has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 21 November 2025. Mr. Li holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, is a Certified Public Accountant (Practising) in Hong Kong, and has over 30 years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial management. Mr. Li also serves as an independent non-executive director of Asiasec Properties Limited (Stock Code: 271) and Alpha Professional Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 948), and previously served in a similar capacity at Summit Ascent Holdings Limited.

In line with the company’s bye-laws, Mr. Li will serve a term subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at annual general meetings. His director’s fee is HK$201,000 per annum, determined with reference to his role, qualifications, and prevailing market conditions. It was confirmed that Mr. Li meets the applicable independence criteria and has no financial or other interest in the business of APAC Resources Limited or its subsidiaries.

Effective upon Dr. Wong’s retirement, Mr. Li succeeds him as chairman of both the audit committee and the remuneration committee, and also joins the nomination committee. The announcement expresses appreciation to Dr. Wong for his valuable service and extends a welcome to Mr. Li in his new role.
