2026年7月30日，黑芝麻智能（02533）公告了截至2026年6月30日止六个月的盈利预告。公司预计报告期内实现收入不少于4.58亿元，较2025年同期增长不少于81.1%。同期净亏损预计介乎7.2亿元至8.2亿元，上一年同期净亏损约为7.62亿元，基本保持稳定。
公司表示，收入增长主要来自两方面：一是机器人相关解决方案、模组及芯片业务加速落地，已成为多家国内头部机器人厂商的长期合作伙伴；二是高阶辅助驾驶解决方案在乘用车市场持续规模化量产交付，商用车及专用车领域L2－L3级辅助驾驶装配率亦较去年同期显著提升。
净亏损主要受两项因素影响：其一，算力及AI相关领域投入增加导致费用上升；其二，为保持芯片及解决方案的市场竞争力，公司加大了在大模型算法及车规级芯片方向的研发投入。
公司提醒投资者，以上数据基于未经过审计的管理账目及现有资料的初步评估，最终结果有待独立核数师及审计委员会审核，并将在2026年8月底前发布的中期业绩公告中披露。公司股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时应审慎行事。
