Top Standard Delays Share-Subscription Circular Dispatch to 10 July 2026

Bulletin Express
Jun 26

Top Standard Corporation announced a revised timetable for issuing its shareholder circular related to a proposed new-share subscription and connected transactions.

The circular—originally scheduled for release on or before 26 June 2026—will now be despatched on or before 10 July 2026. Management attributed the postponement to the need for additional time to finalise information to be included in the document.

According to the 1 June 2026 announcement, the circular will provide: • Full terms of the contemplated share subscription; • A recommendation from the Independent Board Committee addressed to independent shareholders; • An independent financial adviser’s opinion on the connected transactions; and • A notice convening an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) together with the proxy form.

The board is chaired by Mr Chuk Stanley, with Mr Ying Kan Man serving as executive director. Independent non-executive directors are Mr Tang Chiu Ming, Ms Ding Weiyu and Mr Lynch Stephen Joseph Chor.

Top Standard reiterated that the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited assume no responsibility for the announcement’s contents. The notice will remain available on the HKEX website and the company’s own website for at least seven days from the posting date of 26 June 2026.
