Kingsoft (03888) Announces Monthly Return for January 2026: Authorized Capital and Issued Shares Unchanged

Kingsoft Corporation Limited (stock code: 03888) released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for January 2026. The authorized share capital remained at USD1,200,000, with a total of 2,400,000,000 ordinary shares authorized at a par value of USD0.0005 each. The number of issued ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) was unchanged at 1,400,425,790, and no increase or decrease occurred throughout the month.

Public float requirements remained in compliance with the 25% threshold. In terms of share options under the company’s schemes, there were no new shares issued, and 131,520,371 shares remain issuable under one of the schemes. The Share Award Scheme also remained active, with 8,320 shares issuable under one awarded share grant and 32,520 shares outstanding under another.

The report noted a repurchase of 11,728,200 ordinary shares for cancellation on 29 May 2025, but these shares had not been canceled as of the end of January 2026. Overall, no changes took place in the total issued or treasury shares during January 2026.
