方达控股公司（于开曼群岛注册成立的有限公司，股票代码：01521）于2026年8月12日披露2026年6月股份变动月报表。公告显示，截至2026年6月30日，公司法定/注册股本保持在5,000,000,000股，股份每股面值为0.00001美元，总额为50,000美元。
