海螺水泥（00914）于2026年8月12日发布公告称，公司当日通过上海证券交易所回购980,000股A股普通股，约占此前已发行股本（不含库藏股）0.0248%。本次回购每股价格介于人民币17.45元至17.71元之间，总耗资约人民币1,724.49万元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）变为3,948,300,244股，库藏股数量增至29,159,800股，总股本仍维持在3,977,460,044股。公司确认本次回购依据相关上市规则及当地证券交易所规定进行，与2026年5月26日公告所披露的内容不存在重大变化。
