YUM CHINA Repurchases Shares with HKD 77 Million on February 12

YUM CHINA (09987) announced that on February 12, 2026, the company allocated approximately USD 3 million to repurchase 55,200 shares. Additionally, it spent HKD 7.7029 million to buy back 17,700 shares. The company also cancelled 52,800 previously repurchased shares. Under its long-term incentive plan, YUM CHINA issued 112,900 new shares.
