EDA集团控股（02505）8月13日公告，原定于2026年8月13日或之前寄发的有关租赁协议主要交易通函将延迟发出。公司已向香港联合交易所有限公司申请豁免严格遵守上市规则第14.41(a)条，并预计通函最迟于2026年8月24日寄发。
公司指出，延迟原因包括需要额外时间落实并披露以下信息： 1. 租赁协议项下增值税及应付利息的进一步资料及其财务影响； 2. 租金检讨及可比较物业现行市场租金的进一步资料； 3. 业主最终实益拥有人进一步详情。
此前，公司于2026年7月23日发布公告，披露拟进行的租赁协议构成主要交易，并计划向股东寄发相关通函。
公司表示，将另行刊发公告说明豁免申请及通函的最新寄发日期。
截至本公告日期，董事会成员包括：执行董事刘勇、李勤、张文宇；非执行董事左满伦、罗建峰；独立非执行董事吴卓谦、王秉怡、黄日升、展林坤。
