The Wai Chun Group (HKG: 1013) has issued an announcement regarding legal proceedings. With the consent of the plaintiff, the company, and the second defendant, the High Court of Hong Kong issued an order on June 1, 2026. This order stipulates that all litigation proceedings are to be stayed, except for any procedures necessary to enforce this order. Furthermore, the appeal against the judgment and the summons for the application to submit new evidence have both been withdrawn.

Consequently, the two previously scheduled hearings at the High Court of Hong Kong have been canceled. These were the hearing for the new evidence summons, originally set for June 11, 2026, and the hearing for the appeal notice, originally scheduled for August 5, 2026.
