According to an official announcement, TENCENT (00700) carried out a share repurchase on June 29, 2026, spending HK$501 million to buy back 1.189 million shares.
Additionally, the company issued 91,900 new shares resulting from the exercise of share options under the share option scheme adopted on May 17, 2023.
