On 22 September 2026, Rokae Robotics (officially Rokae (Shandong) Robotics Group Inc.) announced the implementation of a full electronic dissemination model for all future corporate communications, in line with Rule 2.07A of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

The new framework designates the Company’s website (https://www.rokae.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange platform (www.hkexnews.hk) as the exclusive channels for publishing documents such as annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, and proxy forms. Printed versions will no longer be dispatched automatically; shareholders must submit a written request should they wish to receive hard copies.

Non-registered shareholders are advised to monitor the two websites proactively for updates. Those requiring physical documents can complete the Request Form enclosed with the notice and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 3752-ecom@vistra.com. The hard-copy request remains valid until the last day of the Company’s next financial year unless revoked or superseded, after which a new written request will be necessary.
