沪上阿姨（02589）7月22日晚间发布公告称，公司已完成35,255,992股境内未上市股份向H股的转换。上述转换股份将于2026年7月23日上午九时正开始在香港联交所上市流通。 完成转换前，公司已发行股份总数为105,203,020股，其中H股59,426,726股，占56.49%；境内未上市股份45,776,294股，占43.51%。 完成转换后，公司股份总数保持不变，仍为105,203,020股。其中H股增至94,682,718股，占90.00%；境内未上市股份降至10,520,302股，占10.00%。 公司表示，关于《沪上阿姨（上海）实业股份有限公司章程》的修订已于2025年第四次临时股东会获批，并自本次H股全流通完成后生效。修订后的章程全文已刊载于香港联交所披露易网站及公司官网。 公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时务请审慎行事。
