地平线机器人-W于2026年5月19日发布公告，董事会建议于6月10日召开的股东周年大会上，授予公司一般性授权，以回购不超过公司已发行股本（不含库存股）10%的股份，并同日对发行股份的一般授权进行审议。
根据公告披露，截至最后实际可行日期，地平线机器人-W已发行股本（不含库存股）总计14,638,202,585股，若获股东大会批准，公司将可回购最多1,463,820,258股。董事会认为，此举有助于提升每股资产净值及整体股东回报，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
公司表示，股份回购将以内部资源拨付，符合法律法规及上市规则的要求。根据公告，在过去12个月的交易期间，地平线机器人-W B类普通股于港交所的最高价为每股港币11.32元（2025年9月）与最低价为6.10港元（2025年6月），公司此前也曾在市场进行过一定规模的股份回购。
如该回购授权获大会批准，将自通过之日起至下届股东周年大会结束或上市规则及公司组织章程细则规定的最早时点为止有效。公司同时提示，股东名册将于2026年6月5日至6月10日期间暂时关闭，以确定有权出席并表决的股东。董事会呼吁股东积极行使投票权，参与相关决议。
