Chang Ying, born in February 1968, graduated from Nankai University with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Finance, a master's degree in Actuarial Science, and a doctorate in Finance. He is an Associate Actuary of the Society of Actuaries. He began his career in 1994 at COFCO Group, where he served as Assistant General Manager of the Development Strategy Marketing Department and Managing Director of COFCO Dalian Beida Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. He entered the insurance industry in 2002 and had a long tenure at Sino-British Life Insurance, holding positions such as Deputy General Manager, Deputy Chief Actuary, and Chief Marketing Officer. In December 2021, Chang Ying was approved as General Manager of CMB Cigna Life Insurance, responsible for the company's overall management and operations, while also serving as CEO and Head of Investments.
