On March 18, 2026, GR LIFE STYLE (00108), through its acquired internet medical platform Chunyu Doctor, formally entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Snowflake, a maternal and infant brand under Yuanfang Group, in Beijing. The signing was witnessed by the China Home Service Industry Association and the Asian Games Village Sub-district Office in Chaoyang District, Beijing.

The collaboration is centered on a deep integration of online and offline services, aiming to bridge the final gap in internet healthcare delivery. The partnership seeks to establish a practical and replicable new model for family health management, with a targeted revenue goal exceeding 1 billion yuan over the next three years.

Chunyu Doctor, a leading domestic internet medical enterprise acquired by GR LIFE STYLE in 2025, has assembled a resource pool of 680,000 physicians from public hospitals. The platform has served 180 million consultation users and accumulated 300 million health records. It holds industry-leading advantages in areas such as AI digital healthcare, online consultations, and health data mining.

Snowflake, a core brand under the leading domestic home services group Yuanfang Group, specializes deeply in maternal and infant care and family services. It possesses a standardized, comprehensive suite of in-home service systems capable of deep penetration into household scenarios. The resources and capabilities of the two parties are highly complementary.

According to the cooperation plan, the partners will adopt a dual-drive strategy of "software empowerment and hardware advancement" to build a full-cycle family health management system. On the software front, Chunyu Doctor will integrate its professional capabilities, including AI medical diagnosis and chronic disease monitoring, into Snowflake's core maternal and infant service scenarios. On the hardware side, the two will jointly launch an AI family health robot designed for real-time collection of household health data and professional intervention.

The partners have also set clear initial targets: achieving 200 million yuan in revenue within the first year of cooperation and surpassing 1 billion yuan in annual revenue within three years, aiming to create a benchmark model for integrated industry development.
