傲基股份（02519）8月14日在港交所公告称，经董事会对集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计综合管理账目及其他现有资料的初步评估，预计报告期间归属于母公司的净利润介于人民币2,715万元至4,715万元，同比2025年同期下降约56.3%至74.8%。\n\n公司指出，利润下滑主要受三方面因素影响：一是自2025年下半年起拓展的自配送业务截至报告期末持续录得亏损；二是自有工厂仍处于产能爬坡期，产能利用率不足导致已实现销售收入难以覆盖固定费用和其他经营开支；三是报告期内受外币汇率波动影响，产生了较大额度的汇兑损失。\n\n傲基股份表示，集团2026年中期业绩的编制工作尚在进行中，上述数据未经独立核数师或审计委员会审阅，最终业绩可能与本公告披露的初步数据存在差异。公司预计将在2026年8月底发布中期业绩公告。\n\n公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖本公司股份时务请审慎行事。
