Legend Upstar (00459) announced its results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of HK$240.5 million, representing a 19.4% increase compared to the same period last year. The company recorded a loss attributable to equity holders of HK$33.343 million, compared to a profit of HK$9.504 million in the corresponding period of the previous year. Basic loss per share was 1.847 HK cents. The interim loss was primarily attributed to fair value losses arising from the revaluation of the group's investment properties.
