中昌国际控股集团有限公司(00859)9月16日晚间发布公告称，公司董事会近日收到赵学廉先生的辞任，赵学廉已辞去公司秘书、根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条所委任之授权代表，以及根据上市规则第19.05(2)条获授权在香港代表公司接收法律程序文件及通知之人士的职务，自2026年9月17日起生效。赵学廉确认其与董事会之间并无意见分歧，且无其他与其辞任相关的事宜需提请股东注意。
与此同时，董事会已委任崔献之先生接替赵学廉，自2026年9月17日起出任公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序文件代理人。资料显示，崔献之毕业于香港浸会大学，取得公司管治与合规理学硕士学位，为特许秘书及特许企业管治专业人员，并为香港特许秘书公会及英国特许管治公会会员。2019年至2025年期间，崔献之在中昌国际控股集团有限公司担任助理公司秘书，具备丰富的公司秘书、企业管治及合规经验。
董事会对赵学廉任职期间的贡献表示感谢，并欢迎崔献之履新。公告日期为2026年9月16日。
