The Company has announced that all the conditions precedent set out in the subscription agreements have been fulfilled, and the subscription was successfully completed on January 19, 2026. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreements, each subscriber has successfully subscribed for an aggregate of 4.6296 million subscription shares at a price of HK$0.433 per share.
