2026年8月18日，思路迪医药股份有限公司（01244.HK）发布自愿公告称，公司已全额收取与SELLAS Life Sciences Group, Inc.仲裁相关的裁决款项，共计7,983,004.42港币。至此，该笔仲裁裁决已全部执行完毕。
公告回溯显示，2026年7月27日独任仲裁员就双方争议作出最终裁决：驳回SELLAS全部仲裁主张，并裁定SELLAS承担思路迪医药在本案中产生的全部费用7,983,004.42港币。
公司强调，本次仲裁仅涉及历史争议，裁决结果不影响双方现行许可协议的效力及后续履行。截至目前，3D189全球多中心临床试验（MRCT）已累计完成78例事件，目标为80例事件。
思路迪医药表示，发布本公告旨在向股东及潜在投资者通报最新业务进展，并提醒投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
