Hans Group Holdings Limited (Stock code: 00554) released an announcement dated 28 November 2025 identifying the composition of its Board of Directors. The Board consists of four Executive Directors, namely Chairman David An, Yang Dong, Zhang Lei, and Li Wai Keung; two Non-executive Directors, Chung Chak Man William and Hui Hon Chung Stanley; and three Independent Non-executive Directors, Chan Chun Wai Tony, Zee Helen, and Yang Fan.
Chan Chun Wai Tony chairs the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee. Committee membership also includes Li Wai Keung as a member of Audit and Remuneration, as well as Zee Helen and Yang Fan in the three committees.
