2026年7月24日，精锋医疗-B（02675）发布自愿性公告称，公司已完成对独立第三方元昊动力（北京）科技有限公司的投资。公司表示，本次投资的所有适用百分比率按照香港联交所《上市规则》第14.07条计算均低于5%，因而不构成须予公布交易。
元昊动力由清华背景的研发团队创立，专注于第五代多模态4D世界模型基模开发，核心技术涵盖动态世界重建、生成、仿真及智能体训练，并已在具身智能、自主手术、游戏影视和自动驾驶等场景推进应用。
精锋医疗-B主营微创手术机器人及器械的设计、开发和制造。公司指出，此次投资将强化其在“AI+手术机器人”领域的技术布局，为未来向具身智能手术机器人平台延伸奠定战略基础。
公司董事会认为，该投资符合公司及其股东的整体利益，并提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
