AGILE GROUP (03383) has announced its unaudited sales figures for the first seven months of 2026.

For July 2026, the company, together with its subsidiaries, joint ventures, associates, and projects managed under the "AGILE" brand, recorded aggregate pre-sales of approximately RMB 490 million. The corresponding gross floor area sold was about 66,000 square meters, with an average selling price of RMB 7,358 per square meter.

For the seven-month period ending July 31, 2026, the group’s total pre-sales value reached approximately RMB 4.29 billion. This represents a decrease of 24.6% compared to the same period last year. The total gross floor area sold during this period was roughly 474,000 square meters, with an average selling price of RMB 9,049 per square meter.
