2026年8月3日，国富氢能（02582）发布翌日披露报表，宣布已完成将18,416,758股内资股转换为同等数量的H股，转换日期为2026年8月3日。公司于公告中披露，此次转换占转换前H股已发行股份（不包括库存股）总数的约18.1537%。
转换前，国富氢能的H股数量为101,448,796股，内资股数量为25,222,843股，合计已发行股份为126,671,639股。此次18,416,758股内资股转换为H股后，H股数量增至119,865,554股，内资股数量降至6,806,085股，公司已发行股份总数保持不变，仍为126,671,639股。
公司表示，已遵守香港联合交易所《证券上市规则》等相关法律法规，并按要求进行信息披露。该公告由董事长兼执行董事邬品芳签署。
