Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced that it repurchased 400,000 ordinary shares on Jan, 29 2026 at an average price of US$72.5974 per share.
The repurchased shares will be cancelled, bringing the company’s issued share capital to 294,565,578 ordinary shares, each with one voting right. Jardine Matheson does not hold any treasury shares.
Shareholders should use the updated share count when determining whether they are required to notify the Financial Conduct Authority of changes to their interests in the company.
