MEILAN AIRPORT (00357) announced that Mr. Deng Tianlin has resigned from his position as independent non-executive director after considering relevant policies of the Chinese government regarding retired personnel serving in enterprises. Following his resignation, Mr. Deng also ceased to serve as a member of the board's nomination committee, remuneration committee, and strategic committee on the same day.
