Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT) reported on Aug, 28 2026 that it repurchased 400,000 shares on the same day via on-exchange transactions at 10.70 Thai baht per share, for a total consideration of about 0.17 million Singapore dollars.
The transaction is part of the company’s second share buyback programme, approved by the board on May, 8 2026, which authorises the purchase of up to 62.1 million shares, equivalent to 2.17% of paid-up capital, until Nov, 7 2026.
Following the latest acquisition, STGT has cumulatively bought back 7.5 million shares, representing 0.26% of its paid-up capital, for an aggregate outlay of roughly 3.09 million Singapore dollars.
