Man Wah Holdings Executes Share Buyback on May 22

Man Wah Holdings (01999) announced that, pursuant to the general mandate granted by shareholders at the annual general meeting held on June 30, 2025, the company repurchased 2 million of its own shares from the market on May 22, 2026. The highest price paid per share was HK$3.62 and the lowest price was HK$3.57, with a total consideration of approximately HK$7.168 million (excluding commissions and expenses). The repurchased shares will subsequently be cancelled. The company currently maintains a healthy and robust cash flow from operating activities. The board believes that this share repurchase and subsequent cancellation will enhance returns to shareholders and also reflects the board's confidence in the company's future prospects.
