JIANGXI BIO (06915) has published its interim results for the 2026 fiscal year, with revenue reaching RMB 83.3 million, reflecting a decrease of approximately 16.5% compared to the same period last year. The company's research and development expenses climbed to RMB 11 million, marking an increase of 18.6%. Net profit settled at RMB 14.366 million, representing a substantial decline of 61%, with earnings per share recorded at RMB 0.05.

The company attributed the performance fluctuations to a combination of key factors: increased R&D expenditures, adjustments to national tax policies, reduced investment income, higher depreciation on fixed assets, and one-time listing expenses. Notably, the R&D spending has been channeled primarily toward advancing innovative pipeline development and platform technology enhancements, which management believes will provide strong support for medium-to-long-term research commercialization and sustainable growth.

After excluding one-time items such as listing costs and tax rate differentials, the group's adjusted net profit for the reporting period was approximately RMB 38.7 million, representing a 21.7% decrease relative to the prior-year period. The company has been reinforcing its operational resilience through a dual-packaging strategy involving both ampoules and vials, while concurrently expanding its presence across end markets.

On the domestic front, the human-use TAT product packaged in vials has successfully completed listing on 32 provincial-level pharmaceutical procurement platforms nationwide, with follow-up provincial alliance centralized procurement agreements secured across 26 provinces and municipalities. Internationally, the group has signed cumulative orders totaling approximately 6.859 million units during the period, with contract values reaching around RMB 27.4 million.

As of June 30, 2026, the company held cash and cash equivalents totaling approximately RMB 408 million.
