Crystal International Group Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, the circular and notice for the 2026 Annual General Meeting, together with the 2025 Sustainability Report, have been published on both the company website (www.crystalgroup.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk) as of 24 April 2026.

Printed copies of the Annual Report, AGM circular and notice are being dispatched to shareholders who previously elected hard-copy communications. All other shareholders may request printed versions free of charge through the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, via post or email.

The Sustainability Report 2025 is available exclusively in electronic format; hard-copy requests will likewise be handled by the share registrar on demand.

Pursuant to HKEX Listing Rule 2.07A, Crystal International is transitioning to electronic distribution for all future corporate communications. Shareholders will receive publication notices by email if a valid email address is on file, or by post otherwise. Actionable corporate communications, such as personalised proxy forms, will continue to be sent individually in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Non-registered shareholders are advised to supply functional email addresses to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees—to ensure electronic delivery. Changes in language preference or means of receipt can be submitted at any time to the share registrar.
