中远海发(02866)发布年度股东会通告，董事会建议就截至2025年12月31日止年度派发末期股息每股人民币0.015元（含税），此项分配方案尚需提交2026年6月30日举行的年度股东会审议批准。
此次建议末期股息如获通过，将以人民币计价宣派。根据通告，为厘定有权收取该末期股息的H股股东名单，公司H股股东名册将于2026年7月14日至7月17日（包括首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户登记，期间H股股份转让将不获登记。H股股东须于2026年7月13日下午四时三十分前，将过户文件连同有关股票送交公司H股过户登记处中央证券，方可获享建议末期股息。有权收取股息的H股股东以2026年7月17日名列股东名册者为准。
本次建议的利润分配方案及末期股息的具体派付日期，仍待年度股东会最终批准。公司将在年度股东会上审议截至2025年12月31日止年度的经审核财务报表、董事会报告及核数师报告等多项议案。
