CTIHK (06055) announced that building upon its framework agreement for cigarette exports to new regions, the company signed an exclusive global distribution agreement for "Yellow Crane Tower" cigars with Hubei China Tobacco Industry Co., Ltd. on September 2, 2025, and an exclusive global agency agreement for "Taishan" cigars with Shandong China Tobacco Industry Co., Ltd. on September 4, 2025. These agreements aim to further advance the construction of a global sales platform for Chinese-style cigars and jointly cultivate Chinese-style cigar brands.

Under the Yellow Crane Tower cigar exclusive distribution agreement and the Taishan cigar exclusive agency agreement, the company's exclusive distribution scope for "Yellow Crane Tower" and "Taishan" cigars has expanded from the original markets of Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Macau duty-free markets, and China's domestic duty-free market to global markets (excluding mainland China).

This development follows the signing of an exclusive global distribution agreement for "Great Wall" cigars with Sichuan China Tobacco Industry Co., Ltd. on July 23, 2025, representing significant progress in the company's global market positioning for Chinese-style cigars. The move is expected to further broaden the company's development opportunities and cultivate new profit growth drivers.

Therefore, the Board of Directors believes that signing the Yellow Crane Tower cigar exclusive distribution agreement and the Taishan cigar exclusive agency agreement aligns with the overall interests of the company and its shareholders.
