Safety Godown Company, Limited has published both English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Annual Report, an accompanying circular dated 8 July 2026, the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the related proxy form. All documents are now accessible on the company’s website (www.safetygodown.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been dispatched to shareholders who previously elected to receive hard-copy corporate communications.

The AGM will be held as a physical meeting at The LU+ Business Centre, 3/F, Lu Plaza, 2 Wing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong on Friday, 14 August 2026 at 1:00 p.m.

Shareholders may alter their preferred method of receiving future corporate communications by completing and returning the enclosed Change Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s share registrar. Options include: 1) electronic access via the company website with email alerts; or 2) receipt of printed versions in both English and Chinese.

To facilitate timely dissemination, shareholders who have not provided a functional email address are advised to do so. In the absence of an email address, only printed notification letters will be sent.
