广州农商银行（01551）于2026年2月5日披露截至2026年1月31日的月报。根据公告显示，本报告期内公司在港股上市的H股与内资股数量均保持不变，注册股本合计人民币14,409,789,327元，已发行股份也未发生新增发行、购回或注销等变动。
公告指出，截至1月底，H股已发行总数仍为2,674,925,000股，内资股已发行总数为11,734,864,327股，合计已发行股本总数并无变动。报告亦确认公司满足香港联交所相关上市规则的最低公众持股量要求。
本月报同时提及，期间无股份期权、股权激励、认股权证或可转换债券相关变动事项，也没有任何股份购回及注销活动。公司表示，所有证券发行及相关事宜均符合香港联交所《上市规则》及其它法律规定。
