2026年9月10日，中国波顿（股票代码：03318）在香港联交所公告，称已于当日回购62.60万股普通股股份，约占回购前公司已发行股本的0.05927%。本次回购价格区间介乎每股3.00港元至3.11港元，合共支付1,931,310港元，约合193.13万港元。
回购完成后，中国波顿已发行股本由此前的1,056,264,146股下降至1,055,638,146股，同时库藏股数量增至24,874,000股，总股本仍保持在1,080,512,146股。公司回购授权决议于2026年5月22日获通过，可回购股份总数为108,051,214股。公司确认已遵守香港联合交易所证券上市规则及其他相关法律法规。
