京东物流股份有限公司（“京东物流”，股票代码：02618）于2026年6月29日发布公告称，公司当日在香港联交所场内回购普通股1,271,800股，占已发行股本约0.019%。本次回购股份的最高成交价为每股12.15港元，最低成交价为每股11.63港元，合计支付约15,203,965.84港元（约1520.40万港元）。
根据公告显示，回购完成后，公司已发行股本保持在6,676,981,772股，库藏股数量仍为0。购回授权于2026年6月29日获股东大会批准，可购回股份总数为662,499,337股，此次回购后剩余可回购份额约661,227,537股。公司确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律规定。
