截至2025年9月30日止六个月，建生国际集团有限公司录得营收约1.13亿港元，同比去年同期的1.22亿港元下降约7.6%。经调整净亏损约0.26亿港元，去年同期净亏损约0.83亿港元，亏损规模同比收窄约69.2%。经营溢利约0.77亿港元，上年同期为0.88亿港元，经营利润率由71.8%下降至68.5%。期内经营活动现金流约0.68亿港元，去年同期为0.81亿港元，同比下降约16.8%。
报告期内，物业经营开支、雇员成本等合计增幅有限，整体成本结构保持相对稳定。财务费用同比有所下降，期内为0.47亿港元，去年同期为0.61亿港元。
业务分项
财报显示，物业及酒店板块收入由去年同期约1.08亿港元降至1.01亿港元，同比下降约6.5%，主要由于写字楼租金水平及出租率仍承受一定压力；投资及其他板块收入则由0.14亿港元降至0.12亿港元，同比下降约16.1%，主要受股息及相关投资回报同比减少所致。
