中渝置地（01224）宣布，董事会建议于2026年5月7日举行股东周年大会，以审议并授予董事一般授权，允许公司在香港联交所回购不超过已发行股本（不包括库存股份）10%的股份。以当日公司已发行合计3,882,334,668股为基准，最大回购规模可达388,233,466股。
根据公告，此项购回所需资金将依法从公司可合法用于派息的资金中拨付，并符合百慕达适用法例及香港联合交易所有关上市规则的要求。董事会指出，回购计划有望提升股东回报和优化资本结构，并认为此举符合公司及股东的整体利益。公司同时提示，自2025年4月至2026年4月，股份于联交所交易价格最高曾达每股1.55港元，最低为每股1.06港元。
股东周年大会定于2026年5月7日上午9时30分在香港湾仔港湾道28号湾景中心大厦地下4号铺举行，公司股份过户登记自5月4日至5月7日暂时关闭。届时将就上述购回授权进行表决。公司强调，若全面行使该授权，回购不应对其营运资金及财务状况造成重大不利影响。
