据知情人士透露，美国私募巨头阿波罗全球管理公司（Apollo Global Management, APO.N）正与西甲劲旅马德里竞技俱乐部控股方展开深度磋商，拟通过增资扩股方式获得该俱乐部重要股权。此次潜在交易将俱乐部整体估值锁定在25亿欧元（约合29.1亿美元），相关债务亦包含在此估值框架内。
消息人士指出，阿波罗计划通过对马竞控股公司（Atletico Holdco）注资的方式获取股权，该公司目前持有俱乐部多数所有权。若协议达成，这将成为欧洲足坛又一笔重磅资本运作。截至发稿前，马德里竞技俱乐部与阿波罗全球管理公司均未就此事作出公开回应。
